Life Skills Group
The heartbeat of LTAI: a consistent, welcoming place for youth to build practical skills, form healthy relationships, and talk about how they're really doing.

Cincinnati & Hamilton County
Let's Talk About It Cincy is a community-focused nonprofit advancing mental health awareness, education, advocacy, and meaningful community engagement.
Who we are
We believe open conversation creates environments where individuals and families feel supported, respected, and empowered to seek the resources they need.
Through education, facilitated conversations, community partnerships, and outreach, LTAI bridges gaps in awareness and access, honoring ancestral strength alongside modern holistic wellness.
Our outreach is never transactional. It is relational, respectful, and built to last.
